This is a Multi-stage project involving a number of historically accurate exterior restorations, recreations and repair.

This fun project started out as a small addition on a lake cottage however it has developed into a beautiful full renovation and 2-story addition on a basement. This home tested our problem-solving skills and was a fun test of our technical craftsmanship.

This custom tile shower was part of a bathroom remodel. We worked with the client to meet their custom accessibility needs to mix functionality with aesthetic on a budget.

Studio Apartment
Berrien Springs, MI
This Space-efficient studio apartment renovation/addition was a great opportunity to hone our creative and mechanical skills. we replaced a small attic storage area with this cozy full-use apartment.

This total renovation was a great project. It features a lot of custom work and is an example of how far a renovation can be taken. This home was a great project to be a part of.

Stanton St. Renovation
Iron Mountain, MI
This was a total renovation of a 1920s home. We did a lot of structural repairs and and completely gutted and revitalized the entire house. This was a spec. project for us.

Old Oak Cottage
Dowagiac, MI
This is an ongoing project (spring, 2025 completion) and is a great example of a space efficient, budget conscious, yet aesthetically attractive home. This is a Design + Build project for us.
