This is a Multi-stage project involving a number of historically accurate exterior restorations, recreations and repair.

This fun project started out as a small addition on a lake cottage however it has developed into a beautiful full renovation and 2-story addition on a basement. This home tested our problem-solving skills and was a fun test of our technical craftsmanship.

Studio Apartment
Berrien Springs, MI
This Space-efficient studio apartment renovation/addition was a great opportunity to hone our creative and mechanical skills. we replaced a small attic storage area with this cozy full-use apartment.

Farmhouse Renovation
Berrien Center, MI
This total renovation was a great project. It features a lot of custom work and is an example of how far a renovation can be taken. This home was a great project to be a part of.

Stanton St. Renovation
Iron Mountain, MI
This was a total renovation of a 1920s home. We did a lot of structural repairs and and completely gutted and revitalized the entire house. This was a spec. project for us.

COREWELL HEALTH X-Ray Suite
Niles, MI
Healthcare construction is a very specialized line of work and it calls for precision, attention to detail, and careful planning. This project at the Niles Hospital is one of several projects where we have gotten to put our technical skills to the test and work along the best in the area to make our community a better place and help do our part to allow for a higher quality of care in the Niles community.
